Day 4 -- why does morning exist?

theladysnarkydameThis posting-every-day-thing is HARD, yo. I don't know how some folks do this ALL THE TIME.
Anyway. I had to use my Super Heavy Duty Alarm today, for lo, I had to be up by 5:00am (which means I got about 3.5 hours of sleep. This happens more often than it should.)
This alarm will not shut off until you have shaken the phone enough to fill the meter -- it's quite useful for days when I have the opening shift!
Wore boring clothes today. No pictures of boring clothes.
Here's the Plaza at a little before 7am on a cloudy day:
No pictures of work today -- I was working around the business section,fitting in a couple of New Release bays and remaking a couple of displays -- lots of shifting books and alphabetizing. And also answering phones and tracking down the details of an order for a school that somehow got charged twice, back in January. Too busy to take pictures.
After work, it was no longer cloudy!
And I almost missed it on the bus ride home, but they'd dyed the Crown Center fountains bright blue in honor of baseball season -- I expect the big fountain by the Plaza might be blue tomorrow, since that's the Royal's home opening, and they usually turn the fountain on that day (they leave it off for Winter, and it was still off today, but there was water in the bowl?) If it's going I'll get a shot tomorrow.
And then I accomplished very little else today. The cats were judging me, but they're just as lazy, so they don't get to talk.
New high score in Fruit Ninja!
Dinner!
The reason I don't often actually cook!
